• Lead a team of nearly 40 senior technical and domain colleagues.

• Liaise between IT and over 20+ teams for delivery of new functionality.

• Oversee the implementation of solutions for new clients ranging in size from 10,000 - 125,000 individuals.

• Responsible for complete delivery of administration system for 9 clients since 2019.

• Champion client experience and supporting ongoing teams with adoption of programs and subsequent changes.

• Participated in the Women’s Professional Network Career Committee - hosted 6 webinars and networking events and am current Co-Membership Committee Chair.
